After five events in Ossa, Poland, the ICCX Central Europe will be held for the first time in the coming year from 13 to 15th February 2019 directly in Warsaw. Its new venue is the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel & Conference in the heart of Warsaw. Preparations are running according to plan. Participants will once again be offered a two-day conference programme with international speakers on highly topical subjects plus a large accompanying trade exhibition. The ICCX Academy - technology course – always very well attended and something of a tradition now – will again follow on the third day.
ICCX Central Europe at a new site
In moving the ICCX Central Europe directly to Warsaw, its organisers have reacted to the changes in visitor volumes from abroad. The ICCX Central Europe has developed into an established feature in this short time beyond Poland’s borders so that a better airport connection had become indispensable. Although the conference hotel in Ossa was well located for participants travelling by car, its distance from the nearest airport in Warsaw was not optimum for the annually increasing number of visitors from other Central European countries.
It has fortunately been possible to keep visitors’ entrance prices at the same level in spite of the appreciable improvements given by a more central venue with perfect infrastructure. The move to Warsaw should then have no negative effects for any participant. In fact, many visitors will benefit greatly from it.
Lecture programme with international experts
Alongside the large trade fair, at which numerous international companies from the concrete and precast industries will exhibit, the ICCX Central Europe will again provide a comprehensive programme of lectures. International experts from the scientific and business communities will hold talks on topical subjects concerning the concrete and precast world.
