Unauthorized Partners of ad-media GmbH / CPI Concrete Plant International / ICCX events
For several years, different companies selling hotel rooms have been actively soliciting companies who participate at ICCX trade shows all over the world. These companies typically make it appear they have received your information from ICCX organizers and that there is a connection between the offer of their hotel rooms and ICCX. In their information, they may imply that companies might be under pressure to either process or reconfirm their existing hotel room booking in the conference hotel. They ask for credit card data
Please note that this is scam!
Sadly, it appeared several times that they confirmed reservations, charged the credit cards and then cancelled the reservations without further notice very shortly before the event. These companies are not affiliated with ad-media/CPI/ICCX and the hotel room reservation they are attempting to sell you is not legitimate. Please refer to the accomodation information that is provided on our website to make a safe and valid hotel room reservation, only.
