A highlight at this year's ICCX Eurasia will be four consecutive presentations by Prof. Jürgen Oecknick. Prof. Oecknick will deal with the significance of complaints and quality issues in the construction industry. Under the motto “When complaints generate benefits”, various aspects of construction practice will be discussed, including the causes of quality defects and the effective handling of complaints.

Prof. Oecknick's presentations, which will take place in the mornings on both days of the event, will offer valuable insights into dealing with customer complaints and show how complaints can serve as a starting point for innovative ideas. Current problems in the area of concrete production and application are also discussed. Participants will learn more about topics such as the segmentation of the building materials market, challenges in the processing of fresh concrete and unpredictable strength problems of cement and concrete.

Special focus is placed on case studies along the value chain of construction processes, taking into account factors such as choice of building materials, weather influences and application technology. The event builds on the findings of ICCX Eurasia 2023 and expands on them with new perspectives and practical examples.
